InCapita Investments commenced its operations in 2008 with the objective of establishing a boutique M&A advisory that provides personalized and customized M&A and strategic investment related services to businesses in the South Asian region.
During the initial years, specific focus was given to inbound and outbound capital flows to and from Sri Lanka. The emergence of Sri Lanka as a prime investment destination following the 30 year civil war prompted us to focus on Sri Lankan Capital Markets.
